Mawsh Energy provides solar energy solutions, including consultation, installation, and maintenance.

2. Payment Terms

• 90% advance payment before installation
• 10% payment after commissioning
• Additional maintenance charges apply after the 1-year free service period

3. Warranty & Maintenance

• Solar Panels: 12-year product warranty, 25-year performance warranty
• Inverter: 5-year warranty
• Free Maintenance: 1 year, after which service charges apply

4. Installation & Delivery

• Installation starts within 7 days after equipment delivery
• Mawsh Energy is not responsible for delays caused by external factors like strikes, weather conditions, or supply chain issues

5. Limitation of Liability

Mawsh Energy is not liable for:

• Damage caused by unauthorized electricians
