Welcome to Mawsh Energy! By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

Mawsh Energy provides solar energy solutions, including:

• Solar panel installation
• Net metering services
• Maintenance and after-sales support
• Solar system consultancy

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All prices are subject to customization based on site requirements.
• 90% advance payment is required before installation.
• The remaining 10% payment is due after system commissioning.
• Additional charges may apply for maintenance after the 1-year free service period.

3. Warranty & Maintenance

• Solar Panels: 12-year product warranty, 25-year performance warranty.
• Solar Inverter: 5-year manufacturer warranty.
• Electrical Components: 1-year warranty.
• Free Maintenance: 1 year after installation; service charges apply thereafter.

4. Installation & Delivery

• Installation will begin within 7 days after equipment delivery.
• Delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, supply chain issues) are not the responsibility of Mawsh Energy.
• Any damage caused during installation will be covered by Mawsh Energy.

5. Net Metering Process

• Customers must provide all necessary documents for net metering approval.
• Any delays in approval from the electricity provider (DISCO) are beyond Mawsh Energy’s control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mawsh Energy is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by unauthorized electricians or third-party technicians.
• Natural disasters, fire, theft, or any external factors beyond our control.
• Loss of solar energy output due to grid issues or system misuse.

7. Modifications & Updates

Mawsh Energy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our website.
